Today, I headed out to the Korean Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City to run some errands, but of course, I couldn’t resist making it a little adventure.

I tried out a street banh mi place (fried egg banh mi, yum!) despite the scorching heat and my concerns about hygiene. But hey, sometimes you just gotta take the risk for deliciousness, right?

After that, I stumbled upon a charming little café hidden inside an old building that’s probably over a hundred years old! I even tried Liberica coffee for the first time—such a unique experience.

Walking around Saigon during the dry season is no joke, especially when it’s 34°C! 🥵 But getting some fresh air and enjoying the local vibes was definitely worth it.
